1. The sale. By completing payment you agree to purchase the domain name shown on the checkout page (the "Domain") from (the "Seller") for the listed price. The sale covers the Domain registration only — no website, content, trademarks or email accounts are included.
2. Payment. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. The Seller never sees your card or bank details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
3. Transfer. After payment clears, the Seller will transfer the Domain to the email address you provided, normally within 24 hours. You are responsible for entering a correct address and for having, or creating, an account at a registrar able to receive the transfer.
4. Disputes and refunds. Because a domain is a digital good, sales are final once the transfer is complete. If the Domain is not delivered, contact the Seller and you may also use PayPal's dispute process.
5. Warranty. The Seller confirms they hold the right to sell the Domain. The Domain is otherwise sold "as is" and the Seller is not liable for how the Domain is used after transfer.
We collect only the information you submit — your name, email address and, for offers, your offer amount — to process your purchase, deliver the Domain and reply to you. Payment details are handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your information. To have your data removed, email us.
